I'm Sheira and I offer Harlesden Yoga Classes in a cosy local yoga studio where everyone is welcome - all levels, all ages, all bodies.
Whether you're new to yoga or more experienced, this is an inclusive space where movement is celebrated, and where mindfulness meets playfulness.

My Story
After 16 years of personal yoga practice, and while balancing motherhood with a busy corporate career, I decided to listen to my heart and enrol in a yoga teacher training course. Before long, I swapped my corporate hat for a teaching mat and began a new journey.
I’ve been teaching since 2017 and have completed my 300-hour advanced training with Jules Mitchell, making me a certified 500-hour yoga teacher.
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and minds in this noisy and increasingly sedentary world. I believe yoga offers a powerful way to feel better physically and mentally, through movement, through breath, and moments of stillness.
One of the most rewarding parts of teaching has been building a small, supportive yoga community right here in Harlesden. Practicing together and sharing a friendly space with such a diverse yoga community is something I deeply value. It truly feels like a gift.


My Classes
In my classes, I encourage students to connect with their inner pulse while appreciating, and challenging, the physical body. I believe everyone deserves to invest in their long-term health by moving in ways that are nourishing and empowering.
My goal as a teacher is to help students rediscover the joy of movement and to approach their practice with curiosity and appreciation.
