Private lessons are for people who need a personal touch to their practice - novices and experienced practitioners alike. 


We will work closely and intimately to address your specific physical and mental goals, either at my studio, at your location if more convenient, or via Zoom. If you have specific health issues we will work together to tailor the session to your needs.


For beginners, a couple of private foundational classes are a great way to start on your yoga journey before joining public classes.


For experienced practitioners who wish to advance their practice, you will have my undivided attention so you can go deeper into specific areas of interest and needs.


You can even book a private class as a couple, or for a small group of friends.
